🇨🇵⬇ Cauliflower, Ginger, Lemon & Sesame Soup 🧄

A perfect soup to warm you up during the long winter nights 😄 What's your favorite soup? 
INGREDIENTS:
1kg6 cauliflower (a big one) / 4 garlic cloves / 400g mylk / 600g++ water / 60g Tahini / 10g fresh grated ginger / 50g lemon juice / 1 tbsp maple syrup / Salt&pepper 
Cut the cauliflower in florets and place them into the steamer's basket with the garlic cloves. Cook for 10mn (until tender). Blend them (wait for them to be cold if you don't have a warm-proof blender) with all the other ingredients. Add more water if you wish. Season with salt & pepper. Top with lemon zest & sesame seeds.

Une soupe parfaite pour vous réchauffer pendant les longues nuits d'hiver 😄 Quelle est votre soupe préférée?

INGRÉDIENTS:
1kg6 chou-fleur (un gros) / 4 gousses d'ail / 400g mylk / 600g ++ eau / 60g Tahini / 10g de gingembre frais râpé / 50g jus de citron / 1 cuillère à soupe de sirop d'érable / sel et poivre
Coupez le chou-fleur en fleurons et placez-les dans le panier vapeur avec les gousses d'ail. Cuire 10mn (jusqu'à ce que ca soit tendre). Mixez-les (attendez qu'ils soient froids si vous n'avez pas de mixeur résistant à la chaleur) avec tous les autres ingrédients. Ajoutez plus d'eau si vous le souhaitez. Assaisonner de sel et de poivre. Garnir de zeste de citron et de graines de sésame.
